AUCTIONS are the fastest growing segment of the real estate industry as reported today by CNN. CNN has also gone into the home auction business. What is extraordinary is CNN’s claim that auctions save homeowner’s money because there is no real estate commission. Saving money by cutting the price 40%? Really.
