CHEAP SOLAR CELLS may be available soon as quantum dot nanotechnology becomes commercially available.  Solar chips are not much different than computer chips.  As the technology advances Moore’s Law should apply.  Solar cells will improve exponentially as prices for solar cells decrease.

If solar cells were installed on just all south facing roofs the US could supply all the power necessary to run our economy, with some power left over to sell to Mexico and Canada.

It is time to go Green.

I’VE NEVER DOUBTED that women are perfectly capable of digging post holes, pouring concrete, and nailing up rails and boards. But I’m surprised when husbands watch wives digging post holes. I’ve noticed this phonomea here on my block with three wives out building fences this month with husbands standing by.

Curiousity overwhelmed me. So I asked. The answer: no, women do not prefer to weld picks, shovels, trowels, and circular saws! What is going on?

The age of equality has arrived. All three of these pick welding women are stay at home moms. Husbands and wives have agreements, and the agreement is wife takes care of the house, all of it, while husbands work for family income. I don’t believe my neighbors are that different from couples in any other neighborhood.

Virtual tours are rapidly disappearing. I like the MTV “Cribs” approach to creating YouTube virtual guided tours for online buyers to view. We’re all going to be in the movies!

All that is needed is a camcorder. Home sellers can conduct their own tour “Cribs” style tour, Realtors can create a YouTube video tour, or a traditional virtual tour media company can do the video and download it to YouTube.
